Evren Ozan Goksel, Ph.D.

In 2008, Dr. Evren completed the Master’s program in Medical Physics. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2014. Since 2008, Dr. Evren has worked as a Medical Physics specialist at Acibadem Health Group. Additionally, he serves as an assistant professor, teaching radiotherapy physics at Acıbadem University since 2010. He is a Senior Medical Physics Expert responsible for the Radixact System and the MR-linac program at Acibadem Altunizade Hospital. His areas of interest include adaptive radiotherapy, motion management, craniospinal irradiation and breast radiotherapy.
Mehmet Ufuk Abacıoğlu, M.D.
Professor, Radiation Oncologist, Department of Radiation Oncology, Acibadem Altunizade Hospital, Turkey
Dr. Abacioglu is Professor of Radiation Oncology at Acibadem MAA University, Faculty of Medicine and working at Acibadem Altunizade and Atasehir Hospitals in Istanbul, Turkey. He obtained his medical degree in 1993 from the University of Istanbul. He specialized in Radiation Oncology at Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty between 1993-1997. He worked in Marmara University between 1998-2011. He was Chair of Radiation Oncology Department between 2005-2011. He worked in Neolife Medical Center between 2011-2017. He has been working in the Acibadem Health Group since 2017. His main interests are neurooncology, urooncology, thoracic oncology and stereotactic radiotherapy. He authored or co-authored 102 peer-reviewed articles, 289 meeting abstracts, and 10 book chapters. He has 245 invited speakerships in national and international meetings. He has received 16 grants or awards for his studies. He has conducted or has been involved in more than 40 national and international studies including EORTC trials. He has 4169 citations and has an h-index of 23. He is the member of ASTRO, ESTRO, EANO, EORTC and Turkish Radiation Oncology Society (TROD). He worked as an executive board member in EANO and TROD.
Martin Yu-Wei Huang
Senior Medical Physicist, Accuray
Mr. Martin Yu-Wei Huang, the Senior Medical Physicist with Accuray, serving the EIMEA region. Mr. Huang, also known as Yu-Wei Huang, brings expertise and dedication to medical physics for Radixact, TomoTherapy® and CyberKnife® Systems to Accuray. Mr. Huang embarked on his distinguished career after earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Radiation Science from Kaohsiung Medical University. He began his clinical journey at Taiwan Yuan’s General Hospital and the Proton Center at Kaohsiung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, where he cultivated his passion for clinical education and physics training. His commitment to the field led him to Accuray APAC, where he played a pivotal role in the training and support of medical physicists, therapists, and oncologists across the Asia Pacific region. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing the proficiency of numerous professionals in more than 20 countries, providing invaluable insights into diverse clinical environments. Currently, Mr. Huang is based at the Accuray Training Center, part of the Genolier Innovation Hub in Switzerland, where he serves as a senior physics trainer. In addition to his training responsibilities, he also supports installation projects throughout the EIMEA region.

Madhavi Kapa is the Senior Director of Product Strategy at Accuray, responsible for the Radixact®/TomoTherapy® product portfolio. She has knowledge of multiple medical technologies in diagnosis and treatment and extensive healthcare business experience in product management, roadmap planning, product creation and launch. Prior to joining Accuray, she had over 15 years of experience with Philips, leading Radiation Oncology Simulation and Treatment planning applications and working on advanced visualization and PACS solutions. Madhavi has been with Accuray for about seven years and leads the product strategy for Accuray helical treatment delivery solutions.
