We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Accuray ASCEND collaboration program. This initiative is designed to identify early-career professionals in radiation oncology or radiosurgery to collaborate with Accuray on its marketing projects and contribute to advancements in the field of radiation therapy.
Why Accuray is Investing in This Program
Accuray is dedicated to advancing radiotherapy through innovation and collaboration. We seek early-career professionals to help Accuray foster new ideas, drive progress, and enhance patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a medical doctor specializing in radiation oncology or radiosurgery.
- Must have 2-10 years of clinical experience within your specialism.
- Must use Accuray technology (CyberKnife® System, TomoTherapy® and/or Radixact® Systems).
- Must demonstrate commitment to advancing radiation therapy through active participation in the field e.g. membership of societies and organizations.
- Must be a member of the Accuray user community (Accuray Exchange / AEx®).
- Must have managerial support, with a supporting statement included in the application.

- White papers
- Case studies
- Webinar / presentation delivery
- Community engagement including AEx® forum
- Social media ambassador
Only collaborations in the above areas will be considered.
Application Process
Please complete the online application form available on the AEx website. Log into your AEx account to access the form. A supporting statement must be submitted along with the application form.
Application Deadline: 21st March 2025, 4pm CET
The selection panel will shortlist candidates and invite them for an interview and presentation on how they can help Accuray achieve its goals in the areas identified above.
Selection Details
The successful participant will receive an opportunity to collaborate with Accuray on approved projects. Depending on the nature of the collaboration, funding or remuneration consistent with fair market value guidelines will be provided.
