TREATMENT (DE)ESCALATION: PATIENTS COME FIRST 

Following the success of the AERO™ Academy Conference in February, 2020, a virtual conference was planned with the same theme but focused on the clinical challenges of the Middle East. 

The goal of the meeting is to provide an update on current treatment options and to discuss future development in the field of advanced radiotherapy.

Our Saudi physician-led Educational Advisory Committee prepared a compelling program including local and international experts on breast, prostate, rectal cancers and lymphoma. In this context, challenges on volume definitions, fractionation, combined approaches, treatment adaptation, motion management were explored.

The scientific program is endorsed by SARO (Saudi Assembly for Radiation Oncology)
